Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation when made at least 24 hours before the pickup time — full refund of the deposit, no questions asked. Note: the €5 booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-shows, forfeit the full deposit; this clause is explicitly accepted at booking time.

If we cancel for reasons of force majeure (weather, accident, vehicle issue) you receive a full refund including the booking fee, and we will help you arrange an alternative.
